Hi, I’m Alice-

A couples therapist specializing in attachment, betrayal, and non-monogamy

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by conflict, or unsure of what’s happening in their relationship.

Many of the people I work with are navigating betrayal, opening their relationship, or trying to reconnect after things have started to feel distant, tense, or confusing.

My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, with additional trainings in trauma and EMDR. This means we don’t just talk about what’s happening- we slow things down, understand the patterns underneath it, and begin to shift how you respond to each other in real time.

I bring a warm, direct, and collaborative style to this work. My goal is to help you feel more clarity, emotional safety, and connection- whatever direction your relationship is moving in.
